The Zoo welcomes Three Harbors Council of the Boy Scouts of America as they settle in on the grounds to camp Friday and Saturday nights. Special hand-created displays are presented throughout the Zoo, to showcase scouting skills and conservation activities.

Back again for its 43rd year is Zoo Ball — the Zoological Society’s largest fundraising event of the year! Zoo Ball is the premier formal event hosted by the Society, featuring a silent auction, fine dining, cocktails, live music, and dancing.

To thank military members and their families for their service and sacrifice, we’re proud to host this annual event. All military service members, veterans, and their families can enjoy free admission and parking on July 5. Advance tickets are required through local County Veterans Service Offices (CVSO), for immediate family, and limited to 10 tickets per family. Advance tickets will be available May 26 through July 2, while supplies last.
