Are tickets refundable or transferrable to a different night?
Please purchase carefully, as tickets are not refundable and honored only on the evening for which you purchased them.
Are refunds provided if it’s raining?
Boo at the Zoo is held rain or shine, and refunds are not provided.
Should my child wear a costume? Can adults wear costumes?
Costumes are encouraged but are not required! Adults are welcome to wear costumes — please remember this is a family-friendly event and we ask that all costumes are appropriate for small children and delightful, not frightful.
Is there trick or treating?
Yes, there are 10 treat stops along the Trick-or-Treat Trail. Please remember your trick-or-treat bag (bags are not provided)!

Is this event family-friendly?
Yes! Decorations include scarecrows, light shows, the Candy Corn Farmer’s Market, hundreds of carved pumpkins, and more.
