Yes, pre-purchased tickets are required.
Boo at the Zoo admission is the only valid ticket for Saturdays October 17 & 24, and tickets will only be available online. General admission and Zoo Pass Membership is not valid on those days. Zoo Pass Members receive 15% off Boo at the Zoo admission, as well as an exclusive, members-only activity during the event.

There is not a member discount code. Members will create an account on the Zoo ticketing website and will automatically receive the discount.
First, create an account using the Member Portal. If needed, look up your Membership Number. Once logged in, you’ll select “Buy Now” to see the Zoo’s special events with the 15% Member discount already applied to pricing.
Tickets are nonrefundable and honored only for the specific date for which they were purchased.
Boo at the Zoo will be held rain or shine, and refunds are not provided.
Costumes are encouraged but are not required! Adults are welcome to wear costumes — please remember this is a family-friendly event, and we ask that all costumes are appropriate for small children and are delightful, not frightful.
Yes, there are 6 treat stops along the Trick-or-Treat Trail sponsored by T-Fiber. Please remember your treat bag (bags are not provided)!
Allergy-friendly options are also available — look for the teal-colored pumpkins.
The Aviary closes at 3:30 p.m. All other animal buildings will be open throughout the evening. For their health and safety, outdoor animals are not viewable at night.
Yes, choose from the Zoo’s full menu offerings — at Crust & Copper, Wild Burger, The Coop, and The Hot Dog Grill — plus seasonal treats and drinks.
