Whatever the event, we have venues big and small that can accommodate your requests.
Located inside the Zoo grounds, the Peck Welcome Center features a spacious indoor ballroom with large glass windows, terrazzo floors, and high ceilings. Access to an outdoor patio on the north side makes this space truly transitional. Seating for up to 320 people is included.
With ample parking and a terribly fun atmosphere, treat guests to a one-of-a-kind zoo celebration. This space is perfect for corporate events, holiday parties, reunions, cocktail receptions, fundraisers, and more.

Located outside the Zoo grounds, the Zoofari Center features a permanent stage and dance floor that can accommodate seating for up to 300 people. This space has hosted hundreds of weddings, galas, and parties for the Milwaukee community.

Located near the Zoo’s front entrance and adjacent to the main restaurant, Café 1892, the Flamingo Room seats up to 50 guests and has audiovisual capabilities. An attractive light-filled space suitable for a corporate meeting or luncheon, this space contracts exclusively with the Zoo’s in-house concessionaire, Taste, for food and beverage service.

Host your after-hours event on the grandest scale–the home of our African elephants. With floor-to-ceiling windows, the Loft overlooks the state-of-the-art Elephant Care Center, a recreation room of sand and padded floors with plenty of space for enrichment activities.
AV connections and setup are available. Food and beverage is required to be contracted with the Zoo’s in-house concessionaire, Taste.

A unique event awaits at our Aquatic & Reptile Center, located on the Zoo grounds. With seating capacity of over 100 people, events of all formats and sizes can be accommodated with a flair for entertainment in habitats surrounding the guests.

Located on Zoo grounds, Big Cat Country is one of our most popular facilities. Able to accommodate up to 100 people, events of all shapes and sizes can take place within the gaze of our majestic cats.

Located on Zoo grounds, rent either the Stearns Family Apes of Africa or Primates of the World buildings separately, or combine your reservation and accommodate up to 250 guests. Spend time with your closest friends, family, and colleagues among Western lowland gorillas and orangutans, to mention a few.

For the largest of Zoo events, Maple Cove and Oak Grove picnic areas are available to be rented individually for a minimum of 500 guests each or combine spaces for a capacity of over 5,000. If extra space is needed, tents can be added adjacent to the grounds.

Located on Zoo grounds, the Generac Zoo Terrace Picnic Area is the perfect urban environment for hosting anywhere between 350-700 guests. There’s never a shortage of energy here.

A campground feel inside the Zoo grounds, Little Oak can accommodate up to 300 guests with its covered storage and bar area next to dozens of picnic tables. Little Oak is the closest you’ll feel to actually being in the wilderness.

Located on Zoo grounds across from Adventure Africa, the Tembo Trail and Savanna Walk are outdoor spaces rentable for those events that really want to explore the Zoo. With dozens of picnic tables and covered areas, this location is central to exploring all day.
